With a law degree from the renowned Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America, Gina possesses a deep understanding of legal intricacies. She also holds a Political Science degree from Catholic University of America and an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Prince George's Community College in Maryland.
Drawing from her extensive experience, Gina has honed her expertise in trademark law, making her a trusted authority in the field. After serving as a senior trademark professional at an esteemed Intellectual Property boutique law firm in Tempe, Arizona, she embarked on a successful private venture, specializing in trademark matters.
However, Gina's passion for the field eventually led her back to the United States Patent and Trademark Office ("USPTO") in Alexandria, VA, in August 2022. Resuming her role as a senior Trademark attorney, she brought with her the invaluable insights gained from her private practice, enriching her already deep understanding of trademark law. This marked a continuation of her esteemed career as a senior trademark attorney, which initially began over twenty years ago.
